We the Bennions do hereby make our triumphant entry into the blogosphere. It is only after careful consideration and much deliberation that we do so. And we do it to create a record that may one day be discovered by our posterity as they rummage through the tattered remains of what used to be the Internet. “Yep,” they’ll say, “Grandma and Grandpa used to ‘surf’ on this thing.” “What is it?” they’ll ask. “I don’t know, but it sure talks a lot about something called ‘Viagra’.”

So, to our children, and our children’s children, we say, “go do something productive. In our day we didn’t have any of those fancy mind-reading lasers. We surfed the Internet. And we liked it!” And to our children’s children’s children, we say, “you’re such a disappointment.”
